So, about 2 posts ago, or 1 year ago to be [almost] exact, I posted about the joys and quirks of five years of marriage . And I think this deserves an update, as we quickly approach the 6 year mark. Those fancy registry sheets were replaced. My mom and I bought 2 sets at Bed Bath and Beyond, a brown and a yellow set. Tom is convinced that the brown set is softer. He is also not sure that the thread count is to his liking. You know the Princess and the Pea? Well there is also the real life fairy tale of my life called the Big Bear and the Pea. I have never known anyone as picky and sensitive about his sleeping arrangements as my husband. Thankfully he married someone who loves giggling about it, because it really is adorable to me rather than irritating (for the most part). I still have not pulled out our fancy electric knife sharpener to sharpen our knives. The thing has not been used once. I just deal with dull knives. This is how lazy I am.
